Equipment

The machine is equipped with a high-performance ISO / BT motor spindle delivering up to 15000 rpm and 46 kW output, precision roller guide ways and directly driven ball screws supporting rapid traverse speeds up to 50 m/min. Flexible tool magazine systems are available with capacities from 40 to 120 tool stations. Tool Magazine

The tool magazine system is available in multiple configurations including turret-mounted and alongside-column arrangements for 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machine versions. The turret configuration uses dual-arm grippers for rapid tool changes with up to 40 tool stations as standard and optional 80-position systems.

The alongside-column magazine configuration enables fast and secure tool changing throughout the full X-axis travel and at the extreme Y and Z-axis positions. Tool capacities up to 120 positions are available, with optional external tool tower systems for expanded tooling flexibility.

Milling Spindle

The liquid-cooled motor spindle delivers outstanding performance with spindle speeds up to 15000 rpm, power outputs up to 46 kW and torque up to 170 Nm. An optional 18000 rpm HSK A63 spindle configuration is available for high-speed machining applications.

Z-Axis Travel

The Z-axis uses a dual ball screw and dual motor master-slave drive configuration to achieve highly precise rapid traverse movement at speeds up to 40 m/min while maintaining stability and positioning accuracy despite the axis mass.

Y-Axis

The ram-style Y-axis design uses extended guide ways to maximise rigidity and machining stability. High positioning accuracy is achieved through a direct-driven screw system.

Machine Frame

The machine bed is manufactured from high-quality welded steel to provide exceptional rigidity, vibration damping and long-term machining stability.

X-Axis

The X-axis uses a rotating nut ballscrew system with fixed screw technology. Standard linear scales provide highly accurate positioning and repeatability during machining operations.

Control Unit

The ergonomic operator panel is fully adjustable and can travel, rotate and reposition toward the work area, providing excellent accessibility and ideal working conditions for machine operators.

B-Axis

The B-axis uses direct torque motor technology to deliver highly dynamic movement and precise positioning throughout a pivoting range of +/-120°.
