Equipment

The machine is equipped with either a high-performance mechanical spindle or motor spindle alongside an automatic tool changer with configurable 30, 40, 60 or 90 tool stations. The swivel-rotary table features a large clamping area of 750 x 600 mm and supports workpiece loads up to 300 kg. Its optimised design allows machining of workpieces up to 530 x 530 x 417 mm while enabling the spindle to move closer to the table centre for improved machining capability.

Tool Changer

The automatic drum-type tool changer supports 40 tools as standard, with optional magazine systems available for 60 or 90 tool stations. The random tool station coding system ensures efficient tool management and minimises tool changing times.

The optional infrared measuring probe automatically measures workpieces directly within the machine spindle, allowing measuring cycles to transfer data directly into the CNC control system.

Increased Coolant Pressure with Internal Coolant Supply

An optional high-pressure coolant system with 20 bar coolant pressure provides improved cooling performance for spindle and tooling systems. Air cooling is also available as an alternative.
