Machine Description
The CC-D6200 HS BASIC is a compact and versatile CNC lathe designed to provide precise and reliable turning performance. Built around a rigid cast iron machine bed and equipped with high-performance stepper motors, the machine combines traditional turning capabilities with CNC control for enhanced productivity and accuracy.
The machine utilises the nccad BASIC control system and turning software, making it suitable for educational environments, prototype development, small-batch manufacturing and precision engineering applications.
Machine Construction
Prismatic Cast Iron Bed
The machine bed is manufactured from diagonally ribbed grey cast iron, providing excellent rigidity, vibration damping and machining stability. This robust construction supports precise turning operations and long-term reliability.
Feed Screw System
The CC-D6200 HS BASIC is equipped with precision trapezoidal feed screws that provide smooth and dependable axis movement for CNC machining applications.
Main Spindle Assembly
