Equipment
The machine is equipped with high-performance milling spindles, a 30-position tool magazine with optional 40 or 60-position configurations and a rapid double-gripper tool changing system. An optional rotary table can be integrated as a 4th axis for enhanced machining flexibility. The machine is available with Siemens or Heidenhain CNC control systems.

Rotary Table
An optional CNC-controlled rotary table with 200 mm diameter can be integrated as a 4th axis. The table can interpolate with the X, Y and Z axes for highly precise multi-sided machining applications.
Side Tool Magazine Door
The side tool magazine access door allows fast loading, unloading, inspection and cleaning of tooling systems.
Measuring Systems
Optional radio probe and laser measuring systems enable in-machine tool measurement and workpiece inspection for faster setup times and improved machining accuracy.
Glass Scales in X, Y & Z Axes
Optional glass scales provide highly accurate linear position measurement while compensating for thermal deviations. Pressurised protection prevents contamination and improves long-term measurement reliability.

The Siemens Sinumerik 828D CNC system delivers exceptional machining precision, speed and flexibility. Integrated ShopMill conversational programming and advanced CNC functionality support efficient machining of both single parts and large production batches.
Advanced Surface technology improves path and velocity control, enabling the machine to meet the demands of highly accurate mould, die and precision machining applications.
Heidenhain TNC 620
The Heidenhain TNC 620 control system features a 19-inch TFT colour display with advanced 3D graphics and conversational programming capability. The control is particularly suited for high-speed machining, mould manufacturing and advanced 5-axis applications.
