Features

The EuroMod is equipped with a powerful isel CNC control system using maintenance-free servo motors for precise and reliable operation. High-quality LES linear units with precision steel ball screw drives provide smooth axis movement and excellent positioning accuracy. The machine includes a height-adjustable CNC operating panel, a network-compatible Windows control PC and a practical parallel sliding door system for convenient machine access. Workpieces are securely clamped using a face-milled T-slot plate system, allowing flexible fixture and workholding configurations.

Machine Design

The EuroMod CNC milling machine is designed as a ready-to-connect CNC system offering high operating convenience and compact machine dimensions. The machine structure uses stable and low-vibration aluminium-steel connections combined with backlash-free ball screw systems on all linear axes to provide excellent machining precision and stability. Particular attention has been given to minimising floor space requirements while maintaining a large working area and generous clearance height. The maintenance-free servo motors are optimally matched to the mechanical structure, power electronics and CNC control system to deliver smooth and highly dynamic machining performance. The machine supports both standard 3-axis machining and advanced 3+2-axis machining when fitted with an optional rotary swivel unit.
