The FlatCom® M features a fully enclosed bonnet design and is equipped with a powerful isel CNC control system using maintenance-free brushless servo motors for precise and reliable operation.

Reliable LES linear units with precision steel ball screw drives provide smooth axis movement and highly accurate positioning performance. The machine also includes a height-adjustable CNC operating panel and a network-compatible Windows control PC.

The sliding and folding door system allows convenient access to the work area, while workpieces are securely clamped using a T-slot plate system.

The machine is prepared for digital and analogue I/O modules, allowing flexible integration into automation and specialised production environments.

Machine Design

The FlatCom® M series is designed as a high-precision gantry machine platform suitable for demanding milling and dosing applications.

All linear axes are mounted on hardened precision steel shafts with linear ball bearings to achieve exceptionally smooth and accurate movement.

Backlash-free ball screw drives ensure maximum positioning accuracy, while the powerful brushless servo motors are integrated into service-friendly drive modules for efficient and reliable machine operation.

The machine is available with a standard gantry aperture of 250 mm, with an optional 350 mm gantry clearance available for larger workpieces and applications.
