The EMCO Hyperturn 200 is an extremely powerful CNC turning and milling centre designed for complete machining of large and complex workpieces. Featuring massive spindle performance, advanced multitasking capability, large-capacity tool magazine systems and intelligent Siemens control technology, the Hyperturn 200 delivers exceptional flexibility, precision and productivity for demanding heavy-duty industrial manufacturing applications.

Equipment

The Hyperturn 200 is equipped with a powerful main spindle for turning and milling operations alongside a dedicated milling spindle for flexible turning, drilling and milling applications. Two milling spindle configurations are available, offering either high torque or high spindle speed performance. The machine supports up to 200 tool magazine positions and includes an additional magazine for vibration-damped boring bars up to 1500 mm long and special tooling systems. EMCONNECT digital process assistant functionality is integrated as standard with Siemens Sinumerik ONE control technology.

The Hyperturn 200 is designed for complete machining of extremely large workpieces up to 1000 mm turning diameter and lengths up to 6100 mm. The machine combines dynamic and highly precise B-axis technology, powerful spindle systems and advanced multitasking control functionality for demanding turning, drilling and milling operations.

Boring Bar

The vibration-damped boring bar system features a 100 x 100 mm cross-section for high-performance internal turning operations. Multiple specially dimensioned tools are available to provide exceptional flexibility, accuracy and productivity during heavy-duty machining applications.

Milling Spindle

The high-performance milling spindle delivers up to 80 kW and 630 Nm torque with speeds up to 10000 rpm for stable, precise and flexible drilling and milling operations. Internal coolant systems up to 40 bar and external coolant systems up to 14 bar are supported as standard, with optional 80 bar systems available.

Main Spindle

The powerful main spindle provides 84 kW and 6400 Nm torque for heavy-duty turning and milling operations. Standard features include sealing air, working area coolant and programmable clamping pressure systems. One or more programmable NC steady rests can be integrated to support large workpieces during machining.

Deep Hole Drilling

The machine supports deep hole drilling applications up to 6 x 500 mm diameter with coolant pressures up to 80 bar for efficient and highly accurate drilling operations.

Tool Magazine

The ergonomic tool magazine system supports tools weighing up to 25 kg and lengths exceeding 600 mm while maintaining operator-friendly access to the work area.
