Equipment
The Hyperturn 65 Powermill HP is equipped with a CNC turning system featuring main and counter spindles available in three spindle sizes up to Ø95 mm bar capacity. The machine includes a powerful milling spindle with automatic tool changer and 40-position HSK-T63 tool magazine, integrated B-axis and Y-axis functionality, and two additional tool turrets with powerful milling drives and independent X/Y/Z axes. Additional equipment includes a finished-part unloading device, coolant unit with belt filter system and EMCONNECT digital process assistant technology integrated with Siemens Sinumerik ONE control.
Control Unit
The Siemens Sinumerik ONE control panel is positioned on the right side of the work area within a swivelling ergonomic console, providing convenient operator access during setup and production.

The Siemens Sinumerik ONE CNC system combines advanced machining performance with digital manufacturing integration and smart factory capability. Features include digital twin technology, improved networking, virtual commissioning and significantly reduced setup and development times.
Integrated EMCONNECT functionality allows seamless switching between machine controls and digital production applications while displaying all relevant production data through a full-screen or sidebar interface.
EMCONNECT - Digital Process Assistant
EMCONNECT provides centralised access to machine data, operating modes and production systems through an intuitive 22-inch multi-touch dashboard interface. The system improves production efficiency while maintaining familiar CNC machine operation and workflow management.
