The Hyperturn 95 is equipped with main and counter spindles, stable C-axis functionality on both spindles and two powerful tool turrets with driven tooling capability. The machine includes a fully programmable tailstock with MT5 quill for shaft machining applications and is designed for complete machining operations on large and complex components.

BMT Turret
The optional BMT turret with water-cooled direct drive provides enhanced milling and drilling performance with speeds up to 6000 rpm, torque up to 62 Nm and drive power up to 22 kW for demanding turn-mill applications.
Turret Steady Rest HT 95/110
The lower turret-mounted steady rest system supports long and slender workpieces during machining operations. A live centre can also be mounted to improve shaft stability and machining accuracy.
