The PSF 15 linear guide is a high-performance profile rail guide designed for applications requiring exceptional precision, rigidity and load capacity. Featuring precision-ground raceways with four-ball contact technology, the PSF 15 delivers smooth, accurate linear motion while supporting high static and dynamic loads in every direction. It is ideal for demanding automation, CNC machinery and precision engineering applications.
The PSF 15 uses four raceways arranged in an O configuration, providing excellent torsional rigidity and equal load ratings in all load directions. Precision steel balls run at a 45° contact angle, maximising rigidity while maintaining smooth operation. The guide rail can be mounted from above using countersunk screws or from below using threaded fixing points, offering flexibility during machine design and installation.
The PSF 15 profile rail guide combines compact dimensions with outstanding rigidity, high moment load capacity and excellent dynamic performance. Its innovative Eco-System lubrication continuously supplies lubricant directly to the rolling elements, significantly extending maintenance intervals, particularly in short-stroke applications. Equal load ratings in every direction make the guide suitable for demanding multi-axis systems and precision machinery.
Hand Clamping Element
An optional hand-operated clamping element allows the carriage to be securely locked in position during machine setup or positioning operations.
Surface Coatings
Special surface treatments are available for applications requiring enhanced corrosion resistance or operation in demanding environments.
Mounting Options
The guide rail can be installed using either countersunk screws from above or threaded mounting from below, providing maximum flexibility for machine builders and system integrators.
Ideal for CNC machines, industrial automation, handling systems, robotics, assembly equipment, precision positioning systems, packaging machinery and general mechanical engineering where high accuracy, rigidity and reliability are essential.
