The PSF 30 linear guide is a heavy-duty profile rail guide designed for applications demanding maximum precision, rigidity and load capacity. Featuring precision-ground raceways with advanced four-ball contact technology, the PSF 30 delivers exceptionally smooth, accurate linear motion while supporting high static and dynamic loads in every direction. It is ideally suited to CNC machinery, industrial automation, robotics and high-performance precision engineering systems.
The PSF 30 incorporates four raceways arranged in an O configuration, providing outstanding torsional rigidity and consistent load distribution. Precision steel balls running at a 45° contact angle maximise stiffness, positioning accuracy and long-term durability. The guide rail can be mounted using countersunk screws from above or threaded fixings from below, giving machine designers maximum flexibility during installation.
The PSF 30 profile rail guide combines exceptional rigidity with high dynamic performance and outstanding load capacity. Its Eco-System lubrication continuously supplies lubricant directly to the rolling elements, reducing maintenance requirements while extending service life, particularly in short-stroke applications. Equal load ratings in every direction ensure reliable performance in demanding multi-axis systems and precision machinery.
Hand Clamping Element
An optional hand-operated clamping element enables the carriage to be securely locked during setup, maintenance or positioning operations.
Surface Coatings
Optional special surface treatments are available to improve corrosion resistance and provide enhanced performance in demanding operating environments.
Mounting Options
The guide rail supports installation using either countersunk screws from above or threaded mounting from below, providing maximum flexibility for a wide range of machine designs.
Ideal for CNC machine tools, industrial automation, robotics, heavy-duty handling systems, precision positioning equipment, assembly machinery, packaging systems and general mechanical engineering where maximum stiffness, precision and reliability are required.
