BMT Turret

Tool Turret

The hybrid 12 + 12 station tool turret combines VDI40 and block-tool interfaces with single-motor technology. The system enables continuous switching without tool rise while supporting large and heavy boring bars up to 50 mm diameter.

Main Spindle

Two spindle configurations are available, including a conventional belt-drive system for high-torque heavy machining and a water-cooled motor spindle for higher spindle speeds and advanced milling applications.

Y-Axis

The integrated Y-axis is built directly into the machine structure, ensuring maximum rigidity through short overhangs and wide roller guide spacing. This allows complex machining tasks and complete workpiece finishing within a single setup.
