Digital length measurement systems, heavy-duty linear guideways and low-maintenance linear motors on the X, Y and Z axes ensure exceptional positioning accuracy and dynamic performance.
Machine Design
The Premium 5030 is a flexible 3-axis to 5-axis HSC milling system developed specifically for precision machining of small and delicate components.
The machine base incorporates a natural granite gantry structure with a decoupled Y-axis arrangement, delivering outstanding rigidity and long-term dimensional stability.
All granite components are manufactured to DIN 876 Grade 00 precision standards, providing an exceptionally stable foundation for high-accuracy machining operations.
Advanced linear motor technology combined with incremental measuring systems enables highly dynamic feed rates while maintaining exceptional positioning precision and repeatability.
The machine incorporates a zero-point clamping system integrated directly into the granite table, allowing rapid conversion between 3-axis and 5-axis machining configurations.
