Features

The iCV 4030 EC is equipped with a powerful isel CNC control system using maintenance-free servo motors for precise and reliable machine operation. High-quality linear units with precision steel ball screw drives ensure accurate and smooth axis movement. The machine features a height-adjustable display for comfortable operation alongside a network-compatible control PC running Windows software. A user-friendly soft-lift bonnet provides safe and convenient access to the machining area. The machine table uses a face-milled T-slot plate system, allowing flexible and secure workpiece clamping using customised fixtures and clamping devices.

Machine Design

The iCV 4030 EC uses a compact and modular chassis design with all CNC control components and the control computer mounted at the rear of the machine for easy service access and maintenance. All linear axes use precision isel linear units running on linear ball bearings and hardened precision steel shafts. Backlash-free ball screw drives are fitted to provide highly accurate positioning and repeatability.

Milling Spindle Options Optional milling spindle configurations are available ranging from 500W to 1200W to suit different machining applications and material requirements. Linear Tool Changing Station An optional linear tool changing station increases machining flexibility and supports automated multi-tool production processes. Length Measuring Probe An optional probe system allows automatic tool length measurement for improved setup accuracy and efficiency. Vacuum Clamping Table An optional vacuum clamping table provides fast and secure workpiece holding for suitable materials and machining applications. Maintenance Unit with Valve Terminal An optional maintenance unit with integrated valve terminal supports expanded pneumatic and machine functionality. Substructure Table An optional substructure table includes a swivelling screen and integrated keyboard while also providing space for installation of vacuum pumps, cooling systems and additional peripheral equipment. Automatic Bonnet Opening An optional automatic bonnet opening system improves accessibility and supports automated production processes. Safety Light Curtain An optional safety light curtain system enhances operator safety during machine operation.
