Equipment
The Emcoturn E65 features a main spindle with a wide speed range, a 12-station VDI 30 or optional VDI 40 tool turret, driven tools and a C-axis for the main spindle. The machine is equipped with a fully automatic tailstock without quill for centre punch MT4 applications. Control options include Siemens Sinumerik 828D, Heidenhain CNC Pilot 640 and Fanuc 0i-TF systems. The E65 can also be integrated with the EMCO SL 1200 short-bar loader for efficient automated production.
